Since July of 2008, the Westfalenhallen Dortmund GmbH relies on digital signage technology made by dimedis. Our software 'kompas' currently controls 24 displays located all over the Westfalen halls, enabling our customer to distribute content individually across the site depending on the location and current use of each display. All events taking place in the Westfalen halls can profit from this new technology - no matter if it's a fair, concert or sports event. Managed by the american communication company Alcatel-Lucent the multi industrie initiative "ng Connect" has started. dimedis and SIGNEXX join ng Connect Program, a new global initiative to drive development services for 4G, LTE and other ultra-high bandwidth networks.
